Director of Compliance
Duties: Reports directly to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Sports Administration and Compliance and assists in developing, implementing and managing all aspects of a Division I compliance program. Working closely with Senior Associate AD/SWA on the processing of admission requests for prospective student-athletes. Serves as the institutional liaison to the NCAA Eligibility Center, overseeing all initial eligibility initiatives. In addition, the successful candidate will monitor activities in the areas of NCAA bylaws 11, 13, 16 and 17. Manage the athletic department book program including educating book store staff and implementing policies and procedures. Providing rule interpretations, coordinating department use of the compliance functions of ACS Athletics software, providing rules education and processing various compliance forms. Adhere to all institutional, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
