Remote Customer Service Representative
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. This job is working as an independent contractor from the comfort of your own home. This is a customer-focused role, taking incoming customer service calls using an online platform assisting customers. After training, agents can choose to sign up for any available hours, with a minimum of 15 hours a week. Agents will need access to a computer or laptop that runs windows ten, a room available where you can close the door, and a landline with phone and headset. salary $28.98 per hour
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customers needs
