Home health Aide is an individual who provides personal care, home management and other related home health supportive services in order to assist the individual to continue living in their home environment with there are disruptions due to illness, disability, social disadvantages, or other problems in the home. Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, preparing and serving meals and snacks.
· Assist with ADL’s
· Assist with Transferring
· Light Housekeeping
· Meal Prep
· Provide support under nursing supervision

1. Experience with Dementia/ Alzheimer's Patients
2. Experience with Mental Health Patients
3. Meal Preparation
4. Hoyer Lift/Transfers
5. Medication Reminders
6. Hospice Care
7. Car is a plus
8. Bi-lingual is a plus
