Program Manager
The candidate will work as a Program Manager and will be responsible for providing support and mentoring to students. Collaborates and builds networking opportunities with departments as well as faculty and staff to ensure appropriate services are provided for various cohorts of students. Also manage and award various completion grants to help students complete their degree in a reasonable timeline. Duties : Develops, processes, awards, and manages budgets for several completion grants and scholarships; Collaborates and networks with both academic affairs and student affairs departments along with individual faculty and staff to ensure students have access to needed resources and support across the campus; Collects data, manage databases, assess efforts, and manages surveys; Provides support and mentorship to students in awarding grant recipients using a case management model; Develop, plans, and implements scholarship programs for near completers using best practices; Perform other job related duties as assigned.
