The candidate will assist with transactions when the closing has concluded. Help facilitate closings with the closing attorney. Record deeds with the county courthouse in a timely manner. Review closing documents for accuracy. Issue title policies. Disburse commission and vendor checks promptly after closing. Handle all post closing issues that may arise. Assist with other duties and special projects as needed. Knowledge of the real estate closing process is a plus. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
