Sun-Thurs hours will vary
Responsibilities:
2 to 3 preferred years of experience using major social media outlets for personal and professional purposes.
Must be a highly motivated and resourceful self-starter as well as able to multi-task.
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.
Have strong experience with planning, writing, and editing content; ensuring it is clear and compelling.
Proficient in Facebook Business Manager.
In-depth knowledge of social media management and data tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Microsoft Outlook
Must have proven ability to inspire, motivate, and be creative with posts and content.
Able to work both independently as well as within a team.
Must be able to work with all levels of leadership.
Must be able to work Sundays.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Requirements:

Understand and able to champion the church’s purpose, vision, and journey and the theology and traditions of the United Methodist Church
High School Diploma or college courses related to graphical design/production.
Must have proven ability to inspire, motivate, and be creative with posts and content.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a self-starter and able to work with little oversight.
Must be adaptable to quickly changing situations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while serving others.
Must be able to work with all levels of clergy, leadership and staff effectively.
