Support the achievement of nursing center business goals as a Bookkeeper where you will process accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely in accordance with policy and procedures.

Position HighlightsReport to the Business Office Manager and interacts with the Administrator, business office colleagues, nursing center staff and the Centralized Billing Office. *Attractive Monday -- Friday schedule *Assist with census, billing, month end related activities, collections, processing of refunds and patient/resident trust fund transactions. Complete Medical Assistance application tasks as assigned.Coordinate patient/resident ancillary charges and enter into billing system.Review patient/resident admission files for accuracy.

Qualifications:

*High school diploma or equivalent is required. *Long term care billing and collection experience preferred, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay. *Two years' experience in a computerized work environment.
