Managing client expectations on overall solution goals while traversing through agile development decisions and platform / product abilities and limitations.Ensuring that these solutions are implemented on-time, and within agreed-upon scope of requirements and deliverables.u00A0 Serving as the transition point for new business from Sales Support to Client Services, the primary point ofu00A0contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, and the transitional liaison to long-term Client Support following project completion.u00A0 Possessing an understanding of wellness and health administration programs and a working knowledge of WHS solutions and applications.Main Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesOn a day-to-day basis, the main tasks and responsibilities of the Project Manager include:Initiating the implementation process by serving as transition point from Sales Team to Client ServicesScheduling and conducting the Implementationu00A0Overview callu00A0and transitioning the client into the Scoping (planning) phase with the Solutions Architect.Defining project tasks and resource requirements, and coordinating assigned project staffDeveloping, managing, and publishing / furnishing full-scale project plans, theu00A0Implementation Record and activities documented therein, Meeting Agendas and Minutes, the client Document site, risk assessments, the change control process, and Executive Status Reports (ESRs)Ensuring high quality of deliverables & high levels of client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycleReporting, managing, and mitigating project issues, risks, and escalations, and ensuring deliverable signoffScheduling and attending stakeholder and executive meetings throughout implementation lifecycleSeamlessly coordinating with client third-party vendors and programsManaging document control and maintaining project historyInitiating Development process and engaging development team to achieve project outputsReceiving the signed Solution Acceptance Form prior tou00A0launchVerifying all required documents for Launch are appropriately signed and storedConductingu00A0services review prior to launch to confirm allu00A0contractual deliverables are accounted foru00A0and clearly documented in regards to licensing and launch date (if not at initial launch).Providing billing information regarding all launched solution items (and anticipated dates of yet-to-be-launched items) to accounting.Conducting post-launch project evaluations, assessment of results, and identification of items which enhanced or detracted from achieving the project goals.Initiating post-launch transition and debrief to Client Support team; guiding client relationship with WHS to ongoing support team members.
