Home Care Assistance of Tucson is currently recruiting part-time and full-time caregivers to provide exceptional service to our seniors right here in the Old Pueblo.

*** Salary depends on experience; experience with Alzheimer and Dementia clients are a plus. ***
Note: We currently have a need for building our COVID caregiver team due to the ongoing increased COVID cases in our community.
This position will be assigned to clients that are awaiting pending COVID results and/or have tested positive. All safety measures are in place, including full PPE gear provided. Below are some additional benefits. If this is something you are interested in, we would like to hear from you!
Paid COVID Training
$5 per hour more differential rate (base plus $5 per hour)
Paid quarantine
Job Requirements
Must be able to:
Speak fluent English;
other languages a plus, but not required
(e.g. Spanish, American Sign Language, etc.)
Implement personal and professional boundaries
Be reliable
Have good verbal and written communication skills
Have a good attitude
Be able to chart documentation on a consistent and factual basis
Be organized
Be honest/trustworthy
Pass a background check
Pass a drug screen
Successfully complete orientation and Home Care Assistance training;
orientation and training are paid at your same hourly wage upon completion.
Must have or obtain the following:
CPR / First Aid Certification
Arizona Level One Fingerprint clearance
Negative TB test results
Valid Driver's License
Active (current) auto insurance
