THE DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE SPECIALIST
The Certificate of Insurance Specialist is responsible for providing best in class support to contractors. This position involves examining certificates of insurance and endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to contract requirements.
Experience in commercial insurance is preferred
Examine Certificates of Insurance and Endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to our business requirements
Following up with contractors to verify their policy coverage and cancellations
ABOUT YOU
3-5 years in a commercial insurance compliance related role
Extensive knowledge of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, and other business policies is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Passion for customer service
Demonstrated problem resolution skills
Ability to make quick decisions
Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Drive for excellence
Team Oriented
