Part-time High Tech and Intellectual Property Adjuncts
The candidate will teach courses in high tech, intellectual property, and business. Will present lecture once or twice per week, provide timely feedback on assignments, answer student questions (formal office hours not required), prepare and grade a final assessment (in-class final, paper, or negotiation exercise). Must have Juris Doctorate degree. Must have 5+ years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of Bay Area technology market is preferred. Experience teaching, training, mentoring and/or supervising is preferred. Technology Licensing is essential. IP Litigation is needed.
