Title:  Supply Chain Program ManagerLocation:  Indianapolis, INDHL Global Forwarding (DGF) manages the flow of goods and information across a customer's global supply chain utilizing air/ocean/ground transportation, customs brokerage services, and dedicated warehousing/distribution centers. Visit our career site on the web at ****have an exciting opportunity for a SUPPLY CHAIN PROGRAM MANAGER to oversee timely and accurate movement of International air and ocean freight shipments and documentation for this key customer account.  This position will be based at our Nashville, TN location. Key Responsibilities:·       Reviews and ensures achievement of customer-specific KPIs and service agreements·       Coaches relevant stations to ensure that the customer OP is followed and specifications are met·       Provides performance reporting·       Maintains communication will internal/external/third parties to meet customer expectations·       Provides proactive problem resolution and corrective actions to ensure excellence in service·       Handles escalations or escalates further, if required·       Develops sustainable relationship with allocated senior management customer·       Coordinates and monitors customer OP-related processes·       Engages with responsible functions to design process improvements as needed·       Identifies customer needs, collaborates with appropriate commercial owner or up-sells if applicable·       Coordinates implementation of additional business·       Participates in reviews with Head of Customer Service, Managers, other Customer Program Specialists to identify areas of improvement, reviewing KPIs and enhancing overall service qualitySkills / Qualifications: ·       4 years’ experience in international airfreight and/or ocean freight experience required·       Proven track record in a Customer Service Team Leader/other customer facing role with specific experience in servicing key customer·       Advanced level Excel experience required – i.e. Pivot Tables, V-lookups, H-lookups·       Analytical experience such as freight spend, cost savings, etc. is required·       Pharmaceutical freight experience required·       Process improvement experience preferred·       Excellent knowledge of Customer Service processes and systems and understanding customer needs·       Proven project management skills·       Self-directed and proactive working style·       Fluent in English communication (verbal/written)WHY JOIN our DHL team?At DHL, you will be part of a strong team that respects its’ employees, society, and environment.  You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to experience the unique international spirit of DHL.  We offer benefits and programs to help you manage your time at and away at work to achieve a healthy work/life balance.  DHL offers highly competitive compensation, incentive, and bonus plans. In addition, DHL offers the following:Paid time off: Holiday, Float Holiday, Vacation, and SickMedical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision plans401K plan with a matchEmployee Discount planTuition Assistance PlanAs the world’s leading logistics’ company, DHL offers a wide range of interesting job challenges and opportunities in our different divisions around the globe.
