Title Processor
The candidate will be ordering necessary title documents such as lien searches, title searches and surveys. Ordering Mortgage Payoffs. Ordering Estoppels. Clearing Title Requirements. Preparing settlement statements, i.e. HUD, ALTA, Closing Disclosure. Balancing Closing Disclosure with lender before closing. Answering phone calls and providing transaction updates to all parties involved. Communicating with clients, realtors and lenders. Must be proficient with DoubleTime, able to multitask, bi-lingual (English- Spanish), have knowledge on how to handle a closing file from start to finish.
