QCHC is looking for dedicated and experienced STNAs or CNAs to care for a female client in Ryland, KY. The client lives alone in a private residence and is a Max Assist for all Activities of Daily Living. This includes, but is not limited to, Bathing, Dressing, Feeding, Transfers, Companionship and light housekeeping. The Client is looking for a team of 4 caregivers to work 12 hour shifts to provide 24/7 care for the client. Care will start on May 28th, 2021.
Shifts will be set days of the week, with rotating On-Call Weekends for 12 hour Shifts (Days 8a-8p & Nights 8p-8a). We are looking for 2 Day Caregivers and 2 Night Caregivers.
Full Time Employees Needed with starting pay at $14/Hour!
Assist client in their home setting with ADL's, IADL's, and companionship.

Job Requirements
Employees must:
Be certified as a CNA or STNA
Have at least 3 years of experience
Available to work Every Other Weekend
Know how to assist and be comfortable assisting with all ADL's
Have Reliable Transportation
Understand electronic documentation and clock in and out (We use Clearcare system for time keeping and documentation)
Be Timely
Attend monthly calls / online information for education
Have Full Time availability
