The candidate will under the direction of the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, supervises and manages all aspects of firm’s Legal, Government Affairs, and Corporate Secretary departments. Will serves as senior legal advisor to the corporation as necessary and as directed by the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. Must have Graduation from an accredited law school and license to practice law in the State of New Jersey. Must have 6+ years of legal experience of increasing responsibility, including complex litigation and transactional portfolios in healthcare or a related field. Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams is preferred, with demonstrated success at meeting business objectives in a timely manner. Must have experience with state and federal healthcare regulators and government investigations.
