As a consultative partner to the business, you will be responsible for managing the accounting systems, supporting a wide range of projects centered on integrating Verifi's accounting systems and processes into Visa's accounting systems and processes, including:
Collaborating with Verifi Controller and Visa business partners to develop comprehensive and concise business requirements to drive variety of systems projects including migration from Verifi's Dynamics GP system to Visa's Oracle system and integration of AP to Ariba system
Collaborating with Verifi Controller, Sr. Manager Revenue Accounting and Visa Finance Systems Strategy team on scoping to set up invoicing of Verifi's products in Oracle Revenue Management & Billing system
Leading and delivering multiple system projects running simultaneously
Performing User Acceptance Testing and validation of system changes
Developing in-depth understanding of Visa's accounting systems
Driving efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining, standardizing and automating processes and reporting requirements
Working with limited direction and supervision, usually within a complex and changing environment to meet project deadlines
Communicating proactively with all levels of management
Any additional duties as required
You bring to the table your:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration
5 years of accounting experience, specifically managing accounting systems integrations or migrations
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and / or Oracle preferred
Strong project manager background, specifically leading technical accounting projects
Experience developing business requirements for software / system migrations
Experience testing and validating system / software changes
Ability to streamline, standardize and automate processes
Results oriented, well-organized with keen attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High degree of independence and exceptional work ethic
