Lead Referral Clerk
The candidate will be responsible for assisting all inbound and outbound referred cases.: The majority of this role will consist of date entry and work with Microsoft Office Suite. Must be detail-oriented, organized, able to work in a team environment, ability to be self-directed, and an eagerness to help members of the team. Measuring and reporting on the performance of lead sources and co-counsel attorneys in other states. Manage feed-back and updates to co-counsel and case systems for cases is handling, including intakes and case milestones. Intake quality assurance and ongoing feedback and constant improvement for team members. Act as a bridge between intake team, Intake management, and Attorneys/Admins. Ensure case updates from the Attorneys are made to the intake or process. Work closely with attorneys on intake quality and changes. Work with the IT team to implement any required Litify changes. Provide support to two people within Client Intake department. Report trends to firm management. Monitor traffic flow of leads into the system/intake process flow. Communicate & follow up with clients in regards to their pending intake/referral/status change. Possesses strong technical capability and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Has the ability to absorb, retain and apply new information. Prior law firm experience is a plus. Prior experience in a data-driven role is preferred
Will be collecting resumes through the month of September and will conduct phone interviews in October.
