Associate General Counsel, Digital
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the product, digital marketing, e-commerce and IT teams together with the SVP, Associate General Counsel. Structure, draft and negotiate services agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, software development agreements, enterprise software licenses, data licenses, media-related agreements, sponsorship and collaboration agreements, NDAs. Advise and counsel product, digital marketing, e-commerce, and information technology departments on a variety of complex business and legal matters, including data privacy, protection and usage issues, behavioral advertising, and affiliate marketing. Assist in ongoing GDPR compliance and continued development of our privacy strategy and compliance framework, policies and procedures. Collaborate with the information Security team on compliance with data security and incident response policies and processes.
