Activity Living is looking for Direct Support Caregivers to work with our wonderful clients! As a Direct Support Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to work directly with individuals with disabilites to help them grow, progress, and lead more fulfilling lives.
Some of the areas that we focus on with our clients are mentorship & personal development, assisting with tasks of daily living, taking them to personal appointments, helping them to attend fun & exciting community events and company activities and everything in between!
We are looking for Direct Support Caregivers who want to work one on one out in the community and in the homes of our clients and also those who wish to work in a group home setting (working with multiple clients and team members at the same time).
Both Part Time & Full Time Positions Available

Job Requirements
Must 18 years of age or older
Must be able to pass a background check and submit an acceptable driving record
Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation and ability to transport clients in personal vehicle, (activities, doctors’ appointments, library, grocery store, etc.)
Must have a phone for reliable communication between admin personnel, clients, and staff
Must perform required job duties as assigned, at an acceptable level
