Community Care Alliance
is
seeking a case manager to work as a member of our evolving
mobile crisis team. The ideal candidate will have experience working
in the mental health and substance use field and have a passion for
providing
community
based
work to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
The goal of this new program is to
provide
rapid access to behavioral health care for individuals experiencing a crisis and connect them to
services.
The case manager works as part of a
team
eva
luating
clients and
assisting
with stabilization
and engag
ing them in treatment at CCA a
s well as other community resources.
Full
time,
flexible
scheduling
days/
evenings and/or weekends
required
, no
overnights.
Education/Licensing requirements/skills:
BA/BSW in human services-related field
. Knowledge of mental health and substance use is a plus. Ability to work in the community and
respond to crises and work in a fast- paced environment. E
xperience with
an electronic health
record
and online documentation is preferred. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Must ha
ve a driver’s license and reliable t
ransportation.
