We are a fast growing company looking for highly motivated BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) individuals to fill our WORK FROM HOME inbound phone sales positions.
Our phone lines are ringing off the hook and we need your help to keep closing sales!
We value our team members and want you to feel like our company is a place you will be valued and can work and grow long term.
You will be provided full training, scripts, leads, dialer, and CRM.
The ideal person for this position would be someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone in both english and spanish. You must be a social person who is good at building rapport, connecting with inbound callers, getting basic information, and closing a simple sale that will save them thousands of dollars.
Prior experience in phone sales is a big bonus, make sure to tell us about your experience.
If you have experience working in residential real estate, and know a bit about various North Jersey housing markets (enough to chit chat about) that is also a bonus.
Qualifications:
1. BILINGUAL (Spanish/English)
2. Strong phone presence and voice
3. Always happy and positive and with an upbeat disposition
4. Ability to think fast and adapt to a given situation
5. Someone with the “whatever it takes” attitude and who will go above and beyond the expected to get the job done and close the sale.
Requirements:
1. High speed (5 mps) wired Internet connection is required!
2. We have zero tolerance for background noises you must work in a noise free envirmonment
3. Wired headset is also required to ensure call quality (if you dont have one we will suggest one)
4. You must have a good computer less than 5 years old with at least 8GB RAM
Work Schedule: Full Time, 10am - 6pm EST Mon to Friday. Late shifts and weekends also available for part timers.
