Cyber Claims Manager
The candidate will mentor, train and manage a team of incident response claims associates in responding to data breaches, ransomware, and other cyber attacks. Will manage outside breach response vendors with KPIs, and other metrics in coordination with the Cyber Center of Excellence. Capture cyber claim metrics/trends in coordination with the Head of Cyber Claims. Assist in the presentation of metrics/trends to Cyber Center of Excellence. Directly handle cyber claims and incidents, including coordinating the retention of breach counsel, forensic investigators and other vendors as needed. Analyze insurance coverage issues and draft coverage letters. Participate in special projects and department initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
