Responsibilities: Provides legal advice on and engages in a wide range of practice areas spanning all of higher education and health care law including, but not limited to, litigation, regulatory compliance, business transactions, and employment matters. Facilitates a work environment that encourages communication, cooperation, and appropriate collaboration. Remains competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development courses, and attending training or courses as directed Contributes to the overall success of the University; and Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
