The candidate will draft contracts in a clear and concise manner to address customer contractual issues with minimal oversight. Effectively and efficiently negotiate customer contracts. Develop comprehensive understanding of the technology services offered and the relationship of the contract clauses to such services. Identify, report, and escalate business issues to the applicable line of business. Assist with special projects, as needed. Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a collegiate manner at all times and in line with the Company’s values.
