This dealership is growing and expanding to 50 bays and needs a top talent Service Manager to guide this large operation. Looking for a team leader that can coach and mentor subordinates, establish improved policies and get staff to eagerly buy in to the concepts. Emphasis will be on better productivity and efficiency, excellent CSI and seamless coordination with all other departments. This requires minimum 10 years experience with Audi, as a service manager in a high volume setting. Excellent compensation.
