Hello,
We are looking for someone to help us update our current Microsoft Access Database and corresponding system, it is extremely out of date (created in 2007).
Updates we would like to see:
Accessed from any computer anywhere would be nice but if the computer requires a certain program to access the online database then that’s fine too as long as it can get the most accurate information even though it isn’t on the same network as the host.
New features would include:
1) a search bar on all pages that currently have A drop-down feature to find the client. Also a search bar on the main client page
2) seeing the address on the payment page, not just the clients name
3) being able to email invoices directly from the program with a link to pay on PayPal and not having to manually create PayPal invoices.
4) being notified of a credit on account at the billing page. We are currently just adding an asterisk to clients when they have credit so we know to check payment before billing
5) being notified when a card is on file, we currently just use two asterisks next to the name to know a card is on file and not to send a bill
6) being able to know when a client is an email invoice and not a mail invoice. We currently use 3 asterisks to let us know to email their invoice.
7) More ways to view and print data, for example, we can currently bring up all unpaid invoices. We’d like to bring up unpaid invoices between certain dates, not just all of them. Then be able to print that info. Also on that screen of unpaid bills be able to see their telephone number so you can call directly without having to look for the number on the client page.
