In this role you will be responsible for investigating commercial general liability claims including premise liability, slip u0026amp; falls, commercial auto liability, liquor liability and other complex bodily injuries. The caseload will include excess u0026amp; surplus policies with higher limits above $250,000 in value.u003cbr /u003e u003cbr /u003e u003cstrongu003eKey/Skills Experience Required:u003c/strongu003eu003cbr /u003e u003c/pu003eu003culu003eu003cliu003eu003cstrongu003e3 years casualty / general liability claims experience (premise, slip u0026amp; falls, bodily injury etc.)u003c/strongu003eu003c/liu003eu003cliu003eExposure to litigation and coverage investigation essentialu003c/liu003eu003cliu003eExposure to excess casualty policies - highly preferredu003c/liu003eu003cliu003eExceptional customer service capability.
