The candidate under the leadership of the Executive Director of the Foundation, responsible for directing the Foundation Services team, including to the day-to-day operations of the financial management, information management, donor relations, prospect research, and business administration functional areas of the of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Educational Foundation (NOVA Foundation). The Director of Operations is charged with creating and implementing long- and short-term operational/financial plans; building and managing a cohesive and collaborative team; and, developing and administering budgets to ensure effective NOVA Foundation operations. The Director of Operations participates in the recommendation, creation, and administration of operational policies, procedures and processes to govern and guide the work of the NOVA Foundation.
