Environmental Attorney
The candidate will counsel on matters including remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, transaction-triggered environmental laws, the allocation and management of environmental risk in contracts, the role of environmental insurance policies as a risk management tool in transactions, project financing, environmental land use issues, and environmental regulatory compliance. Should preferably possess 5-7 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. Must be licensed or attain a license to practice law in the State of Ohio. Must have strong drafting, research, and writing skills, strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with teams and independently, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects. Must have the ability to work with staff, attorneys at all levels, and firm clients successfully.
