Responsibilities:
· Coordinate/Project Manage all aspects of timeline planning, copy and creative development, quality control and production for various seasonal and ad-hoc Marketing initiatives (verticals may include E-Commerce, Paid Media, Company Stores, Events, Corporate Communications and PR)
· Attend team status meetings with Producers, Copy and Creative Design and keep timelines and project statuses up to date in Workfront to ensure team priorities are clear
· Ensure all briefs are complete and requested timelines are realistic
· Support Producer/Associate Producers on omni-channel project execution as needed
Qualifications:
· MIN 1-2 years experience
Project management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects through to completion
· Digital/Print Asset Development Experience
· Workfront experience a major plus
· Keen attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal skills
