Angular developer needed with great communication
We need a developer that has the right eye for design and pixel perfection.
# What we need
- a developer who can operate under minimal supervision
- someone comfortable with adding to our backlog
- a design eye, you need to see the design direction and simple expand from there (we expect you to be able to make fundamental UX decisions)
# what we dont need
- general development agencies, only design/front-end focused
- someone who needs micromanagement
- any back end work
# What gets our attention
- specialization in angular
- documentation skills for reverse-engineered legacy projects
# you need experience in the following
- angular 1.x / angular
- typescript
- feature-branch flow with Github (you will be apart of our team, you will need to make pull-requests and have them reviewed)
- agile (we have two standups a week and groom every other week)
# Bonus experience
- amazing communication and organization (a huge deal for us)
# About us
- our other freelancers have worked with us for over a year now
- we have other projects we need help with if you have the bandwidth (once trust is established)
# About the initial project
- we are moving away from a legacy application that is available for you to understand the new one better
- you will assist one other dev on the project
- the project is in a firearm industry (must be comfortable with that)
