The candidate will be drafting checks and disbursements. Capturing and tracking all case expenses. Reconciling credit card charges. Accounts Payable. Assisting with reports and data entry. Producing P&L’s, Balance Sheets and any other financial report. Should preferably have 2+ years experience in the field of personal injury as a bookkeeper. Must have experience working with Trust Accounts. Quickbooks & Trustbooks experience is a plus.
