What the role is and where you fit in

Bring your experience and leadership skills to Shell and help contribute in assuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of Supply Chain Logistics services of our Upstream assets (production, drilling and projects).

You will join our Terminal Operations team and your role as Safety Lead would also include:


Oversight of Waste Management, Tank Cleaning, Road Transportation, and Terminal HSSE Assurance.
Collaborating with Staff and Contract personnel in ensuring safe planning and execution of offshore and terminal operations.
Audit outsourced contractor’s contract requirements and KPIs, and be able to work with the Terminal Supervisor in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency by developing or modifying current marine/terminal operations processes.
Responsible for associated Exposure Hours and contract management support.
Responsible to support Regional Road Transport Assessments.
Onsite HSE leader to develop, coach, and mentor personnel to achieve targets.
Providing assurance oversight and interface with port service providers in resolving current or potential issues.
Support the Incident Command Team in emergency response situations.


This position will be on a 9/80 work schedule (every other Fridays off) and requires travel to field sites and contractor locations.
