Who we are looking for:
We are currently hiring for reliable and friendly caregivers to work with our amazing clients. As one of our caregivers you will be providing a range of services to help improve the quality of life for our diverse group of clients. The services we provide vary based on individual needs but can include light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders as well as personal care such as dressing, bathing, grooming and incontinence care. We also provide ambulatory care including Hoyer Lift and step pivot transfers as needed. Our caregivers also provide companionship and social interaction to our clients. This position also requires the ability to accurate complete documentation and maintain professional boundaries.
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
- Previous caregiving experience and knowledge of Hoyer lift preferred
- Ability to assist clients with toileting, meal preparation and ambulation
- Knowledge of how to perform brief changes preferred
- Personal care assistance including dressing, bathing, grooming and incontinence care.
In order to be considered for employment, candidates must:
- Be over 18
- Be able to pass a background check and a drug screening
- Have a reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
- Be dependable and reliable
- Have a positive attitude and sense of humor
- Ability to remain calm in a variety of situations
