Director of Alumni and International Career Services
The candidate will be responsible for managing career counseling, professional development programs and recruiting events and activities for alumni and current international students. Will counsel LL.M students. Develop and present orientation and job skills preparation panels and workshops for LL.M international students. Work collaboratively with office of Graduate Legal Studies to identify LL.M needs and develop appropriate programming as well as written and online resources for LL.M international students. Participate in LL.M orientation. Train JD counselors on the nuances of degree programs and legal traditions of countries represented by LL.M students. Supervise the LL.M job fair on behalf of CLS and the consortium of peer schools and produce an annual job fair report. Conduct market research and provide articles and industry updates for relevant social media feeds. Manage the career counseling of alumni on issues of career planning, career transitions, or career change and assign graduating students to alumni counselors. Develop and coordinate the use of written and online resources to be utilized by alumni. Supervise the administration of networking sites, including curation of content. Update and disseminate the alumni survey and analyze and produce relevant reports based on survey responses. Counsel International JD Transfers.
