Associate General Counsel - Mergers and Acquisitions
The candidate will provide transactional and advisory M&A legal support to firm's global businesses, working closely with corporate M&A execution, business and functional teams. Will advise on structuring, deal documentation-actively negotiate global transactions across firm businesses. Drafting and/or reviewing with external counsel all relevant transaction documentation. Also providing regular reports on deal status - including regulatory approvals, key issues and external legal expense. Preparing approval documents for M&A Committee and firm Boards. Support firm’s Resolution Planning exercise.
