Vice President Wholesale E-Commerce - CALVIN KLEIN

POSITION SUMMARY:

The VP, Wholesale E-commerce will build strategic partnerships and drive results across the ecommerce wholesale channels, with key focus on Amazon and Macys.com.  He or she is to support, train and develop a team of account executives and managers to build product strategies by account supported by digital search and media marketing tactics and supported by sound financial modeling.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Lead and be accountable for the success & growth of the PVH wholesale e-commerce business
• Identify product needs based on the product life cycle by account
• Partner with planning and ops teams to ensure operational excellence and drive conversion with low out of stocks to maximize sales
• Build financial targets and strategic business plans to drive sales and margin
• Collaborate with various internal cross-functional teams to drive results, ie. Design, operations, planning, merchandising, marketing, etc.
• Assess fast track metrics weekly, distill data and communicate high level takeaways and direct the team on action items to focus on
• Partner with planning to manage OTB’s, inventory needs and forecast opportunities/problems
• Assess, manage and communicate shipping misses and opportunities to Finance and Operations weekly
• Build and manage search and digital media budgets and strategies
• Lead and develop a team of the Account Executives and Digital Managers
• Build trusting relationships with external accounts and their Sr. Leadership to address tactical needs and build long term strategies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 15 years of experience in E-commerce

Education: Bachelor Degree required with a concentration in Marketing or

Business; Masters or MBA preferred

Skills:

• Significant prior experience working with E-commerce marketplaces and/or wholesalers
• Leadership Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Math and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation skills with expert knowledge of PowerPoint Pro for use in presentations
• Flexibility with Schedule for Market Calendar and Special Projects
• Travel 25 to 50%

External: Accounts, third party vendors
