Assistant Dean & Director for the Minority Student Program
The candidate will develops and implements programming and training to cultivate an inclusive environment at the Law School. Cultivates relationships with internal and external partners to increase program support and place students with various job opportunities (private, public, and non-profit), while bolstering awareness of the program. Develops goals and metrics that assist in evaluating programs, and developing new programs, including academic development programs, as needed. Develops and implements targeted recruitment efforts to attract diverse applicants to the Law School and the Minority Student Program.
