Our preferred client in the financial sector is seeking a talented developer to help them with the development of an enterprise wide Access Management solution. The chosen solution is the Oracle Identity Management Suite. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an end to end solution implementation project. Make a real impact on the business!
The IAM developer drives requirements, supports systems designs, configures and customizes the application integration in supporting an enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management solution for the company. Responsible for building the necessary components to meet the defined system design and work plan. This role is also responsible for code and configurations changes to previously developed IAM solutions. The IAM Developer will partner with the IAM Development Architect/ Principle to develop the approach and priorities of IAM developments and changes, then executes the development activities to meet design/work plan goals.

Responsibilities:
• Provides the technical requirements gathering and analysis for an enterprise wide identity & access management program.

• Supports the architecture designs, engineering, and operational documentation

• Delivers installation, integration and deployment of IAM products.

• Communicates with IT and line of business representatives on both the products and framework approach at the technical and functional level.

• Responsible for acceptance testing, quality assurance testing, debugging, support and maintenance

• Provides complex integrated systems planning and provides recommendations that will enhance current or anticipated information systems that support overall corporate and business goals for an Identity & Access Management service to the enterprise.

• Ensures the review and design concepts for new systems and develops and documents the technical design for the integration and implementation of the software.

• Delivers integration of new systems architecture into current infrastructure and application interfaces.

• Consults and directs identification of alternative uses of technologies that will enhance current or anticipated information systems and that support overall corporate and business goals that are appropriately aligned with the enterprise architecture.

• Keeps abreast of leading and emerging software products and technologies as well as industry standards.

• Compares and evaluates the design and capabilities of multiple system components (e.g., architecture, network, operations and communications).

• Leverages knowledge, expertise and experience to facilitate the development of robust identity access management solutions.

• Coaches as appropriate. Acts as a resource for staff. Provides reviews and monitors work products. Provides on-the-job training on techniques and methodologies. Provides knowledge transfer as appropriate

Required Experience:
• CISM, CISSP, CISA, or other information security or risk management related certifications a plus.

• 5 years expertise with deployment and support of the Oracle Identity Management suite (10/11g) of products (OAM, OIM, OIA, ESSO)

• 2 years of experience of advanced security technologies and concept, including user provisioning, SingleSign-on directory services, RBAC, or digital certificates a plus.

• 7 years experience as a software engineer

• 3 years Java and J2EE experience (e.g., JBOSS, WebLogic, or WebSphere)

• Significant experience with Web application environment including JSP/JavaScript/HTML/CSS.

• Experience with Oracle middleware products for Identity Access Management

• Significant experience with one or more database technologies such as MySql or Oracle.

• Solid LDAP understanding and experience

• Proficient working with UNIX/Linux systems and is reasonably self-sufficient managing their system.

• Expert in the implementation of OIM custom connectors/GTC development/adapters/etc.)

• Strong knowledge and experience with OID, DIP, OVD and ODSEE.

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with one or more Directory servers (Sun Directory Server, Active Directory (AD), Oracle Directory Server, IBM Tivoli Directory Server, CA Directory Server, OpenLDAP, LDAP, X.509 DAP Servers).

• Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML

• Experience with the following programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL

• Experience with configuring Web and Application Servers for integration with IAM solutions

• Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Solaris, HP, AIX) platforms

• Experience with one or more Database platforms (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL, DB2)

• Hands on experience in implementing an identity and access management system (Oracle OIM), developing workflows and developing requirements to integrate target applications to the system.

• Hands on experience with integration & implementation of identity & access audit/review/governance solutions such as Oracle Identity Analytics.

• Hands on experience with integration & implementation of Role Management functions including those of Oracle Identity Analytics and similar products

• Experience in using Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools

• Experience in RBAC and profile workflow creation.

Desired Experience:
• Network infrastructure experience a plus (packet sniffing, router and firewall configuration)
