Please note that you will have to create a new account on the application page.The Associate Merchandiser, Wholesale position will manage the North America wholesale merchandising responsibilities for Accessories and Swim and provide market specific support and dedication on all aspects of seasonal line development – pre/ during/ post season. Responsibilities:Support VP on creating seasonal strategies and key initiatives for the North America Accessories and Swim collections Work with the VP on market-specific range plans based on trend, business and account-specific needsMaintain first-hand product knowledge and ownership at the SKU-level of North America Accessories and Swim collections Participate in all milestone meetings throughout seasonal calendar cycle for Accessories and Swim Share strategies and market trends with design and product development teams Prepare in season market & visibility tools: CAD assortments, Excel unit planners, newsletters, chase buys, early buysCreate market-wide understanding on strategy and product level and validate market requests against overarching business directionAnalyze historical data and feedback from the North America market to best service each account’s needsStandardize reporting across accounts to analyze best/ worst sellers across and share information internallyAssist set-up of seasonal and virtual showrooms Partner with Sales to lead account walk-throughs during market appointments to present and explain the collectionsSupport Sales to ensure buying process is seamlessLiaise with Global Merchandising teams to ensure alignment and opportunity  Liaise with Marketing for necessary collateral and marketing plans to support product initiatives and share with Sales and North America market Update ISIS, PLM, VISULON with changes- retail, wholesale, size offer code, product segmentation, etc. Qualifications:College degree, preferably in Merchandising3+ years of merchandising experience, preferably with international exposureKnowledge of retail mathAbility to travelExcellent communication skillsMS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and MS OutlookStrong analytical skillsBusiness acumen and creativityStrong organizational skills, including ability to prioritizeProfessional demeanor and proactive approachAbility to interface with all levels within the organizationStrong work ethicEnthusiasm for productAbility to think and act independently but receptive to taking direction from multiple peopleWilling to take on other merchandising responsibilities not directly outlined here Highly collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environmentMust be an independent thinker, confident with making recommendations to the VP.
