: cSSm (2014) is a small, reputable violin program, growing its string quartet faculty, and collaborating with the Wildflower Montessori schools shortly. Committed to the principles of GEMS, we are pursuing fiscal sponsorship and grassroots fundraising for an equity and diversity scholarship.
Duties
: In-person Private Lessons (10 hrs min) and weekly Group Classes, Sept 1, 2021. Collaborate in facilitating Solo Recitals and Group Performances each semester, and a week-long summer camp in August. Ongoing Parent Education. We like as few meetings as possible and always offer refreshments.
Qualifications
: Suzuki Units 1—4; candidates of color, LGBTQ identity, and new trainees hoping for mentorship joyfully encouraged to apply.

Salary
: Hourly wage commensurate with training and experience; increases annually based on SAA Professional development courses, retention studio growth, and quality of student performances. Profit sharing opportunities for candidates with strong entrepreneurial management skills.
