Interim HealthCare of Medford is seeking to hire compassionate, caring personal care and home health aides to provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living, as assigned to client's in the home setting under the direction of an RN.
As a Home Care Aide / Personal Care Aide, you will assists with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, and adequate nutritional intake.
Assist client with shopping, meal preparation, socialization, and medication reminders.
Documents observations, activities, and care/services in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
We cover the Medford, Central Point, Eagle Point, Shady Cove, Phoenix, Talent, Ashland areas.
Job Requirements
18 years of age or older
At Least 6 months experience
Clear Background Check
Ability to pass drug screen
Valid Drivers License
Current Vehicle Insurance
CPR / First Aide Certification (can be obtained on hire)
At least 20 hours of availability
