A little about LifeChanger:
Were an online coaching academy designed to move fitness and health professionals away from a 1:1 business model to the freedom of a successful, online training business. LifeChanger has two program tiers. The first is LCA or LifeChanger Academy, which is the initial 16 week program. The next is LCI or LifeChanger Impact, which is a 1 to 3 year program. For those that do not qualify for ascension into the higher tier program, we do offer a subscription option. For accounting purposes, most of our clients make a deposit with weekly payments scheduled out according to the length of their programs, and subscription is also paid on a monthly or weekly basis. Therefore, accurate payment tracking and aging AR are highly important.
For this project, we need a Quickbooks Online pro that is familiar with all levels of the software to assist us in the project of reworking/cleaning up our QB account. Some of the duties include:
Adding all our 2020 accounts payable and receivable to get us up-to-date
Help up set up merchant services through QB payments - have a special need for recurring auto billing
Strong knowledge in sales receipts versus invoices, especially concerning recurring billing
Strong understanding of all QB reporting aspects, especially cash flow forecasting and aging A/R, and revenue tracking on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Help training our accounting/payroll coordinator on improved more streamlined QB methods than were currently using
