Summer Internship
Interns will work directly with attorneys in providing legal services in a non-private practice setting. Will handle: Legal Research, Observing Court Proceedings: Interviewing Witnesses, Settlement Negotiations, Pre-Trial Discovery, Appellate Advocacy: Correspondence, Trial Practice, Drafting Documents. Areas of Practice Exposure will include: Employment, Public Benefits: Domestic Violence, Housing, Disability Rights, Environmental Justice: Civil Rights, Immigration, Elder Law, Criminal-Landlord-Tenant. 1L Students and 2L Students are welcome.
