Pay: $14.00-$16.00 per hour

Job Requirements
Has at least 1-2 years care giving experience working in HOME CARE
Is knowledgeable in dementia care
Is passionate for the job and helping others
Wants to implement your own creativity in helping elders with lifestyle management and personal care
Has reliable transportation
Can engage clients
Will consent to background check, drug screen, and reference check
Has a knack for meal planning & preparation
Willing to collaborate with Client Managers providing your insight on care needs of new clients
Can work autonomously
Is relatable
Is able to take a look around and see what needs to get done without being told and do it!
Has time management skill
Exercises good judgement
Is willing to mentor other caregivers from time to time
Takes pride in work
Is local to the area so you can work regular hours with clients in one or more of the following Douglas County areas: Castle Rock, Littleton, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Elizabeth, Larkspur, Sedalia
We specialize in full time clients, high needs clients, and client lifestyle management in a nonmedical setting. We do have existing 4hr, 6hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr shifts for days or graveyards 7days per week if you want to pick up other work! We provide non-medical in-home care.
