Responsibilities:
Caregiver to assist in provide client with hygiene care as directed including, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, feeding, meal preparation, medication reminders, linen changes, light housekeeping. Standby assist with activities as needed.
Assist Client inactive and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes, report any changes to the agency supervisor
Assist Client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, or any other outing necessary.
Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards
Companionship
Job Requirements
Minimum one (1) verifiable year of experience in related field
Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile
Cell phone
Clean background and able to pass drug test
Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
