POSITION PURPOSEThis position is responsible for strategic oversight, coordination, and implementation of all marketing initiatives and branding for NPP. This includes the production of marketing materials and videos, analyzing market research, producing ROI reports, and managing requests for internal and external brand assets. This role requires engagement with members of the community and our staff members, as well as senior leadership. Works to ensure that project objectives are achieved through effective management, planning, organization and implementation. It also requires the ability to oversee the budget and work with a team of outside resources such as marketing consultants, media buyers, graphic designers, writers, and agencies to effectively promote all Virginia Mason services, RMCs, and the NPP brand as a whole.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Assist and support the marketing department with strategic planning as well as day-to-day marketing execution.2. Facilitate and develop marketing collateral production, from planning to execution.3. Assist with the ROI tracking of marketing campaigns.4. Coordinate the work of a large, cross-functional team and update the marketing calendar for upcoming deadlines.5. Support consistent branding efforts by updating content and responding to brand/logo requests.6. Triage and coordinate marketing requests to ensure they support strategic organizational goals.7. Oversee NPP’s consistent brand presence, including ordering and tracking inventory of NPP promotional items used at corporate and trade events.8. Record and track the marketing budget.9. Research geographic markets and develop profiles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to help determine the appropriate strategies for engagement with key organizations.','!*!A Bachelor’s Degree is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Must possess intermediate to advanced level of data analysis skills in Excel. Must be highly organized, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and possess a strong attention to detail.

 

Three plus years of project coordination/business management in a marketing, business development, or strategic partnerships environment is preferred.
