24 Hour Home Care is hiring Providers to join The Disability Services Team. We provide exceptional services to children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Asperger's Syndrome, and Down Syndrome

Make a difference and impact people’s lives
Personal Care Assistance, Meal preparation, Companionship, Light Housekeeping
Follow client care plan and report any changes to client’s mental/physical health or home environment
Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication to client and family
Adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Developmental or Intellectual Disabilities
Two references - able to verify disability related care experience
Two forms of ID compliant with I-9 requirements
Compliance with background check protocols
Possible assignment locations to include: Alameda, Alamo, Clayton, Hayward, Albany, Concord, Hercules, Antioch, Danville, Lafayette, Bay Point, Discovery Bay, Livermore, Berkeley Dublin, Martinez, Brentwood, El Cerrito, Newark, Oakland, Piedmont, Richmond, Oakley, Pittsburg, Rodeo, Orinda, Walnut Creek, San Leandro, San Ramon, Union City, Emeryville, San Pablo, Pleasanton
