Legal Secretary/Assistant
The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in civil litigation involving personal injury and/or automobile collisions. Must have experience in handling intake of personal injury matters, and civil procedures for both District and Circuit Court systems for the state of Maryland. Prelitigation experience includes initial intake, referral for medical treatment, completion of PIP forms, updating diary, and proficiency in litigation procedures such as filing suit, sending necessary notices, and updating trial calendar.
