Description

The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management plans, recommends and implements marketing communication programs using a variety of media channels, promotions and events designed to increase sales and awareness for the organization's products and/or services. The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Professional, Marketing Campaign Management identifies target audiences and specific messages, channels, content and tactics; coordinates end-to-end campaign life-cycle. Maintains campaign-related documentation (e.g., media plans, creative executions, legal and compliance approvals, etc.). Develops and maintains budgets to oversee costs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. This role will manage a small team.

Required Qualifications


Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field
2 or more years experience in a related field
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Public Relations
2 or more years of Advertising Agency experience
People Leader experience; 2 or more years as Lead with Direct Reports
Previous technical or healthcare knowledge

Currently a WAH/Remote position, however, this role will be an on site/in -office
